Happy Birthday TNP!

On this day, one a year ago I 'officially' began this crazy adventure of being an independent photographer. I had quit my job in client servicing and decided that if I didn't give this a go, I might regret it for the rest of my life. I was excited and terrified all at the same time. And now here we are.

It would never have been possible without the support of my family, my closest friends, even some strangers who put out their hand to help me even though they had nothing to gain out of it, and clients who trusted me enough to allow me to document some of the most treasured moments of their lives and others who had faith that I could pull off shoots that I had absolutely zero experience in. Wow!

It's a small milestone and I know that there is still a very long way to go in becoming not just a better photographer, but a better story-teller, and a better person but today I am celebrating. Quietly and with immense gratitude.

Thanks for journeying with me.

Some of us had more faith in you, kiddo, than others. I am certainly so glad that you took the plunge.
Moved to full frame yet? Not that you need to, mind you. Fast glass is more important!
Love and blessings, always!
